  logo-cv2.jpgDavid Landy was born in Calais (France) in 1974. He graduated in instrumentation and advanced analysis (1997) of the University of Lille 1, Doctor of supramolecular chemistry (1999), and empowered to direct research (2008) of University of Littoral Côte d’Opale. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship (2007) in the field of modeling of supramolecular species Medicinal Chemistry Department of the University of Antwerp, Belgium.

He is currently University Professor in the team supramolecular chemistry UCEIV. His research activities focus on the development of the characterization of host-guest complexes, through analytical methods (isothermal titration calorimetry, optical spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy ) and theoretical (molecular modeling).

The themes on the application of the exclusion phenomena in the detection and remediation of environmental pollutants. Through collaborations, he also participates in the implementation of the complex in the area of the two-phase catalysis and enzyme-substrate recognition.
